Virtualizing Vocational Training  - Development of Apps in virtual and augmented reality for more inclusive learning ( abbreviated as VR4INCLUSIVE IN VET)

The goal of the project is to publicize the potential offered by new technologies, especially virtual reality through the development of virtualized environments, tools or products focused on the technical teachings provided by the partners (automotive, computer science, health, electronics, electricity).

 

Objectives

• Implementation of work tools developed in educational and business environments so that all people can participate in the benefits of new technologies and that through these tools they can improve.

• Give innovative tools to professionals so that they have new techniques to train.

• Improve skills and capabilities for digital transformation through the development of APPs that virtualize work environments.

• Have a support platform for future professionals who wish to innovate and improve existing training resources.

 

Products/Activities


VR4INCLUSIVE IN VET educational platform: a digital educational platform where all the writing that is developed during the project by the different participants is brought together, thus contributing to a rapid exchange of information between the project partners and the sharing of all the documentation developed.

VR4INCLUSIVE IN VET APP: 5 APPs will be created where environments, tools or products of different technical and professional training courses will be virtualized, which with the project partners will be health, electricity, electronics, computing and automotive, which are the courses taught by the participants. In addition, all the necessary documentation will be created so that anyone interested in the subject can receive training on how to approach their project and be able to duplicate the entire process to obtain the results they want to achieve.

VR4INCLUSIVE IN VET FOR ALL: Training and upskilling trainers, students and future professionals in the use of virtual reality (VR) in inclusive vocational education and training can help them acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to design and implement effective learning experiences based on VR for all students.
