transnational meeting of POSITIVE project partners
On September 8th and 9th the second transnational meeting of POSITIVE project took place in Kaunas, Lithuania. The meeting was organized by the Public Institution “eMundus” and partners participated both online and face to face.
The meeting was an opportunity to discuss completed activities, related to the first output of the project, and future activities, related to the second and third outputs. In fact, the partners concluded activities related to the first output "Students' needs, educational materials and game scenarios" in which they developed a field and desk research, as well as ideas for the educational materials and the game scenarios that will be embedded into the 3D game.
The partners then discussed how to develop the second (“Development of the 3D Virtual World Alpha, Beta and final version”) and third (“Implementation, survey results and documentation”) outputs and agreed on a common schedule of activities. All agreed on the number of schools and students to be involved in the testing phases of the Alpha, Beta and Final version of the game. In addition, the partners agreed on whether teachers and parents should also be involved in the study of the game's effectiveness in relieving students' stress.
In addition to this, the partners got to talk about the dissemination strategy, the status of the project's social media and the results of the internal evaluation on project activities.
The meeting was very fruitful because it allowed the partners to discuss important steps and activities that are essential for the completion of the project. In addition, the partners enjoyed the time spent together visiting the city of Kaunas.
